Shipping Information:
Collaborating with carriers, we secure the best shipping rates using 3 different quotes. Your quote or final order confirmation includes taxes and freight details. Heavy or bulky items are generally shipped on skids via truck, with shipping arrangements specified on your confirmation.

Returns:
Our wholesale platform emphasizes consistency. Unless there's a manufacturing defect, all sales are final.

We offer customization for Sofa Beds, Casegoods, Mattresses, Beds, Draperies, Artwork, etc. These made-to-order items require a deposit and full payment upon shipping.

Omland Hospitality Limited Warranty (Only Applicable For Furniture & Couches)


1. Applicability


This Limited Warranty applies exclusively to physical goods purchased from Omland Hospitality Products Ltd. ("Omland") and becomes effective upon the delivery date of the product. It is non-transferable.


2. Warranty Coverage


Omland will, at its discretion, repair or replace any piece of furniture determined to be defective in material or workmanship under the terms and conditions outlined herein. If a repair is deemed impractical, Omland will provide a substitute for the same or similar item.


3. Inspection and Notification


Upon receipt of the delivery, the customer must inspect all packaging before signing the trucking bill of lading or delivery slip. If any package damage or broken product pieces are identified, the customer should note it on the slip and inform the delivery driver. Alternatively, if significant damage is observed, the customer has the option not to accept the delivery and must immediately contact Omland Hospitality to report the damages.


4. Manufacturer Defects


Omland will honor any manufacturer factory defects found in the purchased item. The customer must provide images and descriptions of said defects, and Omland, at its discretion, will inspect the damaged product provisions. Omland will either have the factory repair or replace the item in a timely manner.
